When you shop or write to us
We use your name, email and shipping address to prepare and manage your order, answer questions, handle refunds and send payment receipts and order updates. Stripe processes payments and stores payment, contact and shipping details. We do not store your full payment-card number. Our order records include your chosen colors and quantities, payment references, the terms you accepted and payment or refund status.
Remembering your timers
We save your selected colors and quantities in your browser so your cart stays with you while you browse. This essential shopping storage does not contain your contact details, shipping address or payment information, and works independently of optional analytics.
Understanding visits and orders
If you follow a tagged campaign link, we keep its campaign labels with your order to understand which links lead to purchases. These labels describe the campaign, not your name or email.
When configured and with your permission, Google Analytics measures visits, product interactions, checkout starts and confirmed purchases. It uses cookies and browser identifiers and receives technical information such as device/browser details and approximate location. We exclude contact details, shipping addresses and payment-session links from analytics. We do not enable advertising personalization or Google Signals. Declining analytics does not affect shopping.
When optional analytics is available, use Cookie preferences to change your choice. We also respect Global Privacy Control by leaving optional analytics off.
Pinterest ad measurement
When configured, and only if you separately allow Pinterest ad measurement, Pinterest receives visits, cart actions, checkout starts and confirmed purchase events to measure and improve our ads. This uses Pinterest cookies or click identifiers, IP address and browser information, plus product, quantity, order reference and purchase value. We do not send customer names, email addresses, shipping addresses, payment details or payment-session links to Pinterest.
Your choice is optional and separate from Google Analytics. Global Privacy Control and browsers marked for internal testing remain excluded. You can withdraw through Cookie preferences. Withdrawal stops future measurement and clears pending matching details; it cannot recall events already received by Pinterest. Our consent receipt lasts up to 90 days. Matching details are cleared after acknowledged delivery or withdrawal, and older details are cleared during later measured checkout activity. Order and payment records are retained separately.
Meta ad measurement
Only if you separately allow Meta ad measurement, the Meta Pixel measures public page visits, product views, cart additions and checkout starts to help us understand our Facebook and Instagram ads. After Stripe confirms payment, our server also sends Meta a purchase event with product IDs, quantities, currency and the product value excluding tax and shipping. Matching uses browser information, IP address and available Meta cookie or ad-click identifiers collected when you open checkout with this permission. We do not enable automatic advanced matching or send names, email addresses, shipping addresses, payment details or payment-session links to Meta.
This choice is separate from Google Analytics and Pinterest, and does not affect shopping. Global Privacy Control and browsers marked for internal testing keep it off. Cookie preferences lets you withdraw consent; withdrawal stops future measurement, clears Meta cookies set by this site and clears pending matching details, but cannot recall events already received by Meta. Our consent receipt lasts up to 90 days. Matching details are cleared after acknowledged delivery or withdrawal; details older than seven days are cleared during later measured checkout activity. Order and payment records are retained separately. An earlier choice covering browser activity alone does not authorize purchase reporting; we ask for a new choice.
Services that help us
Vercel hosts the website, Neon stores order records, Stripe handles payments, and Google Workspace handles our business email. Google Analytics receives optional usage data only when enabled with your consent. Google Tag Manager loads our Pinterest measurement tools only after your separate Pinterest permission. Meta receives optional ad measurement only after your separate Meta permission. These providers process information to provide their services; data may be processed in the United States or other countries where they operate. Hosting and payment systems also process technical information needed to operate securely and prevent abuse.
Keeping and using information
We retain order records as needed to fulfill orders, handle disputes and refunds, and meet accounting and legal obligations. Optional analytics choices are saved in your browser; analytics cookies are configured for up to 90 days. We do not sell your personal information. Ordering does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Your choices and questions
To ask about access, correction or deletion of your information, or to update an order, email hunter@mostlysunday.com. We may need to verify your request and retain records required for legal or accounting purposes.
